Something In The Water

Severn Songs team up with The Gallimaufry to release an end of year compilation featuring some of the up-and-coming artists regularly performing at the venue.

The ‘Galli’ has been a longtime supporter of grassroots music in the Bristol community with many acts such as Waldos Gift, Grove, Snazzback, TLK, George Ezra and more finding their feet and musical identity on the venue’s intimate stage over the years. Since Covid, the venue has continued with its essential role as an incubator of new talent within the Bristol music scene via their weekly residencies.

The compilation focuses on the current wave of young musicians regularly appearing at The Galli, and the album aims to showcase the wealth of talent emerging from the city, and respective artists’ journeys from stage to studio.
